He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Helms and Ruth Helms (Carow); his wife Muriel Nielsen; and his brother John F. Helms. He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Pulda (Rob) of Appleton, WI, Susan Helms (Amy Pelishek) of Appleton, WI and Karen Ott (Tom) of Weyers Cave, VA; his grandchildren, Steven Pulda (Julie), Amy Pulda of Neenah, WI, Jennifer Ott of Stuarts Draft, VA and Adam Ott of Richmond, VA; his great grandchildren, Ella, Harper, Meadow Ott, Ivy and Miles Pulda; his sister Mary Bork (Stan); and his niece Tina Jaeckels (Jim) of New London, WI.
