She was predeceased by: her father Tom Paananen. She is survived by: her husband James; her sons, Rob and Kirk; and her mother Linda Paananen.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church of Mt. Dora (439 E 5th Ave, Mt Dora, FL 32757).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Paananen and Simpson Literacy Endowment via the Mount Dora Community Trust, honoring Wendy's commitment to literacy and education.
