She was predeceased by: her former husband Kenneth Addison; her husband Joseph Stephens; and her sisters, Pauline, Ruth, Helen and Jean.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Lewis of Florida, Judy Alexander (David) of Florida, Sandy Miller (Tom) of Oaklawn, Ken Addison (Samantha) of Florida and William Addison (Julie) of Timley Park. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
