We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2023, at the age of 72, Carolyn Ann Perkins (Mount Dora, Florida), born in Fort Knox, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Major Frank A. and Elizabeth Burri Perkins (Betty). She is survived by: her daughter Renee Davis of Lake Mary, Florida; her nieces and nephews, Frank Perkins of Brandon, Conner Frechette, Blake Perkins, Austin Perkins, Janet Hall of Alexandria, Virginia, Lauren Keene, Sarah Schexnayder, Nancy Maguire of Jacksonville, Molly Thompson, Kelly Carr, Maggie Miller, Susan Shaner of Orlando, Sydney Shaner, Kelsey Shaner and Sharon Crow of Mount Dora; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hannah, Marnie, Cora, Spencer, Jake and John Paul. She is also survived by her five siblings.
