He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bofonchik and Violet Quitadamo Bofonchik; and his former wife Sherron Bofonchik. He is survived by: his wife Jody Bofonchik of Mossy Head, Florida; his children, Terry Lee Bofonchik, Joann M. Bofonchik of Florala, Leah Heohn (William) of Austin and Lynn Deana Stice of North Carolina; and his siblings, Theodore Bofonchik of Mossy Head, Florida, Barbara Driscole of Massachusetts, Shirley Petit of Massachusetts, Helen Gilman of Massachusetts and Judith Bofonchik of Massachusetts. He is also survived by his sixteen grandchildren; and his two great-grandchildren.
