He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Mae Chisholm and Joseph Sr. Chisholm; and his brothers, Nathaniel "Bubba" Chisholm and Edward "Eugene" Chisholm. He is survived by: his caregiver June Spicer; his children, Fred W. Chisholm, Christopher Chisholm (Marilyn), Keyera Chisholm, Darise D. Middleton, Vivian Foreman and Craig Middleton; and his sisters, Olivia Woods (Clarence), Rhoda Chisholm and Ruth Chisholm. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
