She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Jane Hammock and Frank Mance Hammock; her son Isreal Langworthy; her grandson Jacob Howell Jackson Langworthy; and her siblings, Felix Hammock, Mance Hammock, Jack Hammock, Armenta Hammock, Ruth Keeling and Illa Zipperer.
She is survived by: her former husband Johnny Jackson Langworthy; her husband Jack Langworthy; and her children, Jason Langworthy, Aaron Langworthy, Eden Langworthy, Jonathan Langworthy, Rhonda Strickland, Lounette Fazio and Rachel Standridge. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
