He is survived by: his children, Kelly Slaga of Spring Hill, FL, Mike (Keri Slaga) and Matt (Kyla Slaga); his brother Richard Slaga (Luanne Peters) of Floyd, NY; his grandchildren, Tyler, Brianne, Alexia, Elizabeth and Hailey; his nephews, RJ and Patrick; and his former wife Mary Ann Slaga.
