He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur and Evelyn Lavada Pelham (Varnum); his siblings, Colie Pelham, Millard Pelham of Lucille Pelham, WC, Victoria "Vickie" Lang, James "Jay" Pelham, Mildred "Bitty" Schills and Charles "Curt" Pelham; his siblings-in-law, George "Buck" Clark, Harold Lang, Christine Pelham and Donna Pelham; and his granddaughter Holly.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughters, Teresa (Steve Rudd) and Kristal (Keith Hollis); his granddaughter Tiffany (Jeff Patterson); his great grandchildren, Rylie and Blake; and his siblings, Henry (Linda), Joyce (Hueland), Gloria (Warren) and Roy Pelham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, and great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews.
