It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Ellen Carter (Moore Haven, Florida), born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on August 27, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Safford, Craig Safford, Jeff Safford and Jody Saddler. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
