He is survived by: his sister Jacqueline Cournoyer of Dudley Mass; his children, Linda Ipaye (Toyne) of Meridian, Idaho, Jeffrey Mayo (Phyllis) of Putnam, CT, Eric Mayo (Penny) of Longwood, NC and Michelle Mayo (Gary) of Boise, Idaho.; and his girlfriend Diane Johnson of Monticello, FL.. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, long time friends.
