We bid farewell to Robert Ellis Harrell (Monticello, Florida), born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 11, 2025 at the age of 71. Robert Ellis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. William Harrison Harrell and Ethel Harrell; and his siblings, Jim Harrell and Doris Jodarski. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Harrell; his children, Vins Harrell (Beverly) and Heather Kay (Andrew); his grandchildren, Anna Stewart, Natalie Stewart, Cooper Harrell, Finnley Kay and Andrew Kay; his siblings, Judy Sevor and Ross Harrell (Della); and his brother-in-law Dewayne Vinson (Sherry). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Elizabeth Baptist Church (4124 Bassett Dairy Rd, Monticello, FL 32344). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches (https://www.youthranches.org) in his memory.
