It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lawrence Parker of Monticello, Florida, who passed away on September 16, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Mae Handley and Leonard Parker; his children, Wendy, Larry and Lisa Parker; and his siblings, Sam, Donald, Paul Parker, Vivian Bratcher and Lorene Thigpen.

He is survived by: his daughters, Shanna Boutwell (Rob), Stephanie Douglas (Dewayne) and Whitney Green (Jeremy); his stepson Ronnie Smith (Phyllis); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Corey, Easton and Parker; his great grandchild Bryce; and his siblings, Helen Eakins, Evelyn Holland, Eunice Andrews (Dewitt), Dot Bolen and Buddy Parker (Lynda). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Big Bend Hospice Foundation (1723 Mahan Center Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32308).
