With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Bryant Mitchell of Monticello, Florida, born in Quitman, Georgia, who passed away on October 28, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, C. M. Mitchell and Evelyn Mitchell; and his brother Charles Mitchell. He is survived by: his significant other Grace Leclair of Monticello; his children, Bryant Mitchell, Divida Schissler and Travis Mitchell; his siblings, Thomas Mitchell (Kitty Sue), Anne Dollison (Kenny) and Cindy White (Jerry); his grandchildren, Makenna and Avery Schissler; his great grandchildren, Christopher, Natasha and Fadelia Leclair; and his pet Pepper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Tallahassee National Cemetery (5015 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL 32311).
