She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Daniel Powell and Bessie Audrey Powell; her husband Frank Norris; and her brother LaVernon Powell (late Juanita). She is survived by: her daughters, Lynette Veit (Gary) of Minnesota City and Peggy Dosey (David) of Ocean Springs, Mississippi; her sisters, Miriam Campbell (Bobby) of Tallahassee, Florida and Sharon Gray (Neal) of Tallahassee, Florida; and her nieces and nephews, Rodney Campbell (Joline) of Marana, Mike Powell of Tallahassee, Jeff Powell (Tracy) of Port St, Mark Powell (Cindy) of Tallahassee, Florida, Melita Brantley (Garrett), Meg Gray and Sheila Perkins (Stephen).
