He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Lowery, Sr. (Frank) and Annie Lee Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Lowery; and his sons, Alex Lowery (Dina) and Phrankey Lowery (Jason). He is also survived by several grandchildren and numerous other family members.
