He is survived by: his children, Michael Jason Masek of Alabama, Rachael Lynn Masek of Pensacola and Stephanie Lee Masek of Molino, FL.; his siblings, Michael Carl Masek, Bruce Masek, Nathan Paul Masek, Melody Robertson and Bethanie Masek; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Marcue and Grace.
