He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Jones; his grandparents, Irvin and Frances Mitchell; his uncle Eugene Mitchell; and his aunt Phyllis Joyner.

He is survived by: his mother Rose Baldwin of Flomaton, AL; his close friend Janice Peterson; and his siblings, Ricky Boatwright (Traci) of Walnut Hill, FL, James Jones of Flomaton, AL, Patsy Hart (Roger) of Barrineau Park, FL and Susie Miller of Molino, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
