He is survived by: his parent Thomas Wesley Webb; his daughter Deborah Webb Weaver; his wife Minnie Hartley Webb; his grandchildren, Wesley (Tiffany McAnally), Ashley (Michael Rhodes), Patricia (Bobby), Josh (Amie Webb), Patrick (Shay Garrison) and Jacob (Caitlyn Garrison); his great grandchildren, Ethan McAnally, Delaney McAnally, Brystal Rhodes, Bradley Rhodes, Brian Rhodes, Brennan, Ian, Kiley Webb, Levi Webb, Mia Garrison, Kayson Garrison, Natalyia Harris, Reese Garrison and Reagan Garrison; his brother Thomas (Mabel Webb); his great grandchild Brodie Rhodes; and also, David, Judy Webb, Donna and Tony Garrison. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
