She was predeceased by: her brother Robert Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Karen Spencer (Scott Spencer) and James LeMire (Rachel); her siblings, Cynthia Perkins and James Perkins (Missy); and her sister-in-law Julie Perkins. She is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
