She is survived by: her significant other David Singleton; her brother Robert McIntosh (Patti); her nieces and nephews, Tiffani McIntosh, Bob McIntosh (Kelly), Gina Wolst (Tommy) and Dana Annerino (Sean Bryant); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Olivia, Emma Wolst of Ty Binns, RJ, Paxton and Brady.
