He is survived by: his parents, John Kazek (Terri) and Betty Kazek; his wife Anne Hurrle; his brothers, David (Nicole) and Scott (Ashlee); his stepbrothers, Matt Stamps (Kelly), Brad Stamps and Kyle Stamps; his in-laws, Don Hurrle (Jan), Jen Melum (Dave) and Jill McKenna; his nephews, Ryan, Justin Kazek, Cole, Cameron McKenna, Riley and Brady; his niece Elise Melum; his friends, Steve Dixon (Carla) and Chris Morrison (Rachel); and his pet Tank. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, step nephews and nieces, countless friends.
