She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Cahalan and Leocadia Coyle Cahalan; her son David; and her siblings, Patrick, Rose (Campbell), Ambrose "Jiggs", Mary (Hoffman), Imogene (Larson), Daniel, Jerry, John, Bonnie (Spahn) and Sally (Cover).

She is survived by: her husband Adrian Ferreira; her son Richard (Mia); her daughter-in-law Simone; her grandchildren, Nicki, Alex of Joseph and Sean; and her great grandchild Layla.
