He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sullivan and Elizabeth Sullivan (McCarthy); his son Raymond Sullivan; and his brothers, James Sullivan (Seamus), Patrick Sullivan (Paddy), Timothy Sullivan (Tim), Frank Sullivan and John Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Sullivan; his children, Gerard Sullivan (Darlena), Mary Sullivan, Elizabeth Bogucki (David), Annamarie Moon and Julie Blamasah (Sawie); his grandchildren, Valerie Hamon (Jason), John Bogucki, Owen Sullivan, Shailagh Moon, Sarah and Abby Blamasah; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Aiden and Lucas Hamon.
