She is survived by: her sons, Rafael (Jenise) and Michael; her grandchildren, Rafael Jr. (Kaitlin), Neftalí (Paige), Krystina and Neftalí A; her great grandchildren, Deanna, Emmanuel, Jaydon, Gabrielle, Maliyah, Kayla, Taylor, Mia, Brooklynn and Tory; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Diana, Carmen, Vivian, Jasmine, Leonel, Andrew, Francisco, Kevin and Eddie; and her extended family, Georgia and Maggie.
