He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha; and his siblings, Larry, James, Robert and Patricia.
He is survived by: his brother Gene Hamilton; his wife Phyllis Hamilton; his children, Dawn Hinton (Paul) of Union, KY, Brooke Breeze (Jeff) of Lexington, KY, Larry Barnes (Chrissy) of Aurora, IN and Shavanah Barnes-Spake (Lisa) of Minneola, FL.; and also Shirley Garrett of Florence, KY. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
