He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Maio and Vita Di Maio. He is survived by: his spouse Michael Ann; and his children, Nicholas, Lisa Marie, Kathleen, Salvatore, Anthony and Daniel. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
