He is survived by: his children, Robert Willingham Jr. (Connie) of Mechanicsville, MD, Theresa "Terry" Langley (Keith) of Newburg, MD, Steve Willingham (Teresa) of La Plata, MD and Stacie Robertson of Bel Alton, MD.; and his siblings, Gene Willingham (Gloria) of Issue, MD, Donna Snyder (John) of Greer, SC, Sherry Moore of King George, VA and Betty Gardiner (Earl) of Newburg, MD..
