Richard A Brantley Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2025, at the age of 87, Richard A Brantley of Mims, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Richard departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Richard leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Brantley and Annie Pearl Brantley; his wife Alice Lee; and his siblings, Francis "Tut" Faloon, Ted Gillis and Charles Brantley.

He is survived by: his son Robert Brantley; his daughter-in-law Dawn Brantley; his granddaughters, Arielle and Gabrielle Brantley; and his great grandchild Damon Barnes-Brantley.

In lieu of flowers, Richard requested donations to the Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida or the American Cancer Society.
