She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Garaczkowski and Leonarda Garaczkowski; and her brothers, Leonard Garaczkowski, John Garaczkowski and Edward Garaczkowski.
She is survived by: her sister Jean Hall (Mike); her children, Tony Urbano (Margaret), Gregory Urbano (Deborah), Jeff Urbano (Bonnie) and Alicia Urbano; her sister-in-law Anna Lee Garaczkowski; her grandchildren, Nicholas Urbano and Olivia Urbano; and her husband Major Robert A. Urbano. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to her favorite charity, the SPCA of Titusville, Florida.
