He was predeceased by: his mother Angeline Jastrzembski. He is survived by: his father John Jastrzembski; his wife Frances D. Jastrzembski; his siblings, Carl Jastrzembski and Rita Kelly (Jerry); his children, Jason Jastrzembski (Katie) and Jennifer Burnette (Kami); and his granddaughters, Mia, Reese, Lily and Karis.
