He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Waters and Ellen Waters; and his brothers, Ronald and Rodney. He is survived by: his wife Joanie; his children, Greg Waters, Stacie Helms (David) and Leslie Mozingo (Hank); and his grandchildren, Christy Gregory, Noah Helms, Mackenzie Helms, Shelby Mozingo and Jarrett Mozingo. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
