He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Headrick and Leo Headrick; his brother Mark Headrick; and his stepdaughter Lori. He is survived by: his wife Frances; his daughters, Jessica (Damian) and Hilary; his brother David (Millie); his stepchildren, Charlie (Wendy) and Valerie; his stepgrandchildren, Stephanie, Michael, Tamara, Cody and Wesley; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ella, Grayson, Owen, Wesley and Paisley.
