Charles Garfield Cummings Sr. 79, passed away April 5, 2023. He was born December 24, 1943, In Charleston, West Virginia the son of Truman and Sylvia Cummings.
Charles is preceded in death by Lowell Edward Cummings, Hubert Lee Cummings, Amanda Lee Cummings, Charles Garfield Cummings Jr. and Truman Hoyd Cummings Jr..
He is survived by his wife Sylvia Marie Cummings; children Caleb Isaac Cummings, Lowell Nolan Cummings; brother Robert Monroe Cummings; sister Sylvia Amanda Cummings, and two Grandchildren, Alyssa Chantel Cummings and Chaz Austin Cummings.
Charles proudly served his country in the Marine Corp as a Sergeant E-5.
He enjoyed automotive conservation and restoration as well as woodworking construction.
Charles was a member of the Volusia County Baptist Church.
A Graveside service will be held, 9:00am, Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 US-1 Mims, Fl 32754.
