We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Ruthie Elaine Kelly of Milton, Florida, born in Leland, Mississippi. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Willis Lee Owens (Red); and her brother Michael Wayne Owens. She is survived by: her mother Frances Owens Chapman; her sisters, Linda Vardaman (Mike) and Sharon Branning; and her children, Michelle Wynns (Cole), Emily Kelly and Tommy Kelly (Haley). She is also survived by two grandchildren; and a plethora of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
