He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Cook and Dollie Cook; and his great grandchild Landon Chaffin. He is survived by: his wife Allie Faye Cook; his children, Kathy Chaffin, David Cook (Sandy) and Nancy Thurman (Rob); his grandchildren, Bryan Chaffin (Heather), Holly Stephens (Chris), Alex Thurman (Ashton) and Ross Thurman (Morgan); and his great grandchildren, Toby, Chloe Chaffin, Jacob, Ben, Hailey Stephens and Charlotte Thurman.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Megan's Love Homeless Ministry through Grace Methodist Church.
