He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kelley Payne; his daughters, Christy Baggett (John) and Melissa Baxley (Daniel); his grandchildren, Taylor Baggett, Taegan Baggett, Carson Baxley, Chandler Baxley and Caden Baxley; and his brothers, Dennis Payne (Violet) and Mark Payne (Venita). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home Milton Chapel (6405 US-90, Milton, FL 32570). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
