It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Rl (Milton, Florida), who passed away on August 21, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Deacon Raif Velve and Ethel Louise Lewis; his wife Paulette; and his siblings, Fred, Cason and Georgia.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lillie (Wallace) and Cheryl (Albert); his grandchildren, Shante, Isabella, Isaiah and Ivy; his goddaughter Janet R. Gooden; his siblings-in-law, Margaret, Christine, Lana and Earl; his nieces and nephews, Ricky (Deirdre), Sharon, Frederick (Cheryl), Karen, Calandra (DuShaun), Cassandra (Christopher), Yolanda (Markus) and Kevin (Desiree); and his adoptive daughter Capricia (Jeff).
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that a donation be made in honor of RL Lewis to: CITIZENS MOVING FORWARD INC.
