He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Braswell and Virginia Braswell (Broxson); and his mother-in-law Burma Bowdoin. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Braswell; his daughters, Angeline Burns (Micheal), Josie Stephens and Phyllis Braswell-Legg; his grandchildren, Rayne Polk, Kayla Burns, Kendall Polk (Shaun), Allison Legg and Joshua Stephens; his great grandchildren, Ashlynn Polk, Wade Polk, Salem Polk, Maverick Sinderson, Kaius Burns and Myles Sinderson; and his sisters, Paulette Hall and Pam Tolbert (Steve).
