He was predeceased by: his parents, John Moore and Audrey Rivers Moore; and his siblings, Lonnie Moore (Doris), JB Moore (Grace), Nell Walters (Luke), Helen Williams, Margie Standford (Chester) and Betty Flagg (Howie).
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Crutchfield Moore; his children, Kelli Moore Williams (Tim) and Brian Moore; his brother Ed Moore (Kathy); his grandchildren, Dylan Bradley, Brennah Willis (Austin), Tyler Watson, Sawyer Moore and Stella Moore; and his great grandchild Isaiah Willis.
