He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Harkness (Heil); his close friend Cooper; his siblings, David T. Harkness of Germansville, PA, Nancy Keiser (Harkness) of Lehighton, John A. Harkness (Linda) of Allentown, PA and Michael (Linda) of Milton, FL.; his niece Melanie Balliet (Harkness); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elsie and Hailey Balliet; and his nephew Jonathan Heil. He is also survived by two nephews, twelve nieces, and many great-nephews and nieces.
