It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janie Lenette Jackson of Milton, Florida, born in Amarillo, Texas, who passed away on June 22, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Leonard Newton and Juliette Newton (Richardson); her husband Donald Jackson; her sister Julie Wonsch; and her grandson Tyler Woodward.
She is survived by: her children, Byron Jackson (Debra) of Jacksonville and Jennifer Woodward (Tommy) of Florida; her grandchildren, Jarret Jackson, Lucas Delaney (Kristen) and Cody Jackson Logan Woodward (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Olivia Woodward and Tatum Jackson; and her siblings, Janice Newton-Movlai (Abbas) of Oklahoma and Jeffrey Newton (Shelley) of Texas. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
