It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Cornelius Morris of Milton, Florida, born in Brewton, Alabama, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur Morris and Nettie Irene Blair Morris; his former wife Dollis Helen Payne; his wife Ruby Jewel Morris; and his son Jon Colin Morris.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Wade Morris (Kim), Helen Irene Rena Kirk, James Henry (Lynda) and Susan Ann Fordham (Ron); and his brother Jerry Wayne Morris (Jean). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
