He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gulliver H. McCombs and Ima C. McCombs; his former spouse Jonnie Nell Rogers; his sons, Roger and Cal; his wife Miller Kelly McCombs; his son Mike McCombs (Teresa); his granddaughter Jenni Kember (Kory); his great grandchild Emma Jackson; his stepson Randel Compton (Lisa); his grandsons, Trent and Trevor; his stepson Reed Compton (Sherry); his granddaughter Chloe Peppo (Clint); and his cousin Annette Carroll (family: Freida, Katherine Conner O'Neal, David Connor).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hadji Shriners transportation fund, UWF Athletic Foundation and Hospice of Northwest Florida.
