He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Webb and Vella Webb (Skaggs); his wife Betty; his son Harold, II; and his granddaughter Danyel Phillips.
He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Flinn and Kimberly Whitfield (Tim); and his sisters, Phyllis Kasey (Mack) and Melba Burleson (John). He is also survived by five grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
