He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. "Jack" Johnson and Vera Mae Ashlock (Hobbs); his wife Marlene K. Johnson; and his brother Bobby Ashlock. He is survived by: his daughters, Sonya Johnson-Zuleger (Freddie) of Huntertown and Melissa Johnson-Covill (Will) of Pace, Florida; his grandchildren, Tyler (Angela), Matthew (Sunni), Hunter (Quinn), Cody, Kevin, Noah, Gage, Timothy, Lily and Mia; his great grandchildren, Natalie, LeRoy and Loretta; and his siblings, William "Guy" Johnson (Lucy) of Milton and Betty Nelson of Bon Secour, Alabama..
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:30 AM. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Barrancas National Cemetery (1 Cemetery Rd, Pensacola, FL 32508).
