She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Hicks and Dorothy Hicks. She is survived by: her siblings, Glenda Grant (Lem) and Ronnie Hicks (Terrie); her daughters, Cheryl Ashcraft (Jay) and Anna Dyess; her grandchildren, Olivia Ashcraft and Daniel Ashcraft; and her cousin Sandra Fowler. She is also survived by numerous family members including much-loved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In remembrance of Sue's life and her dedication to children and reading, the family asks that donations be made to Friends of the Pace Area Library (FPAL) to purchase children's books. Donations can be mailed to FPAL, 4750 Pace Patriot Blvd., Pace, FL 32571.
