He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin "Arthur" Thompson and Aline "Burnita" Thompson; and his siblings, David Thompson and Priscilla Bruhl. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Ryan Thompson and Christina Renee Thompson (Rick); his grandchildren, Alexis Joyner (Dennis), Thomas Lott, Nolan Thompson, Laney Thompson and Damian Thompson; his siblings, Linda Edmonds, Betty Dreier, Shirley Adams and Mary Foster; and his nephew Ben Thompson (Gina).
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Trahan Family Funeral Home (6539 Trammel Dr, Milton, FL 32570). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
