He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Louise Maddox Mack; his sons, Adrian Mack (Emily), Clinton Mack (Brandi), Dearl Mack (Candy) and Daryl "Wade" Mack; his grandchildren, Dagon, Caleb, Hannah, Baylee, Logan, Cheyenne, Rosie, Lexi, Eli, Carter and Brendan; and his siblings, Bernie Mack (Frances) and Deanna Counts (Randy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
