He was predeceased by: his father Clayton Ruggles; and his son Bradley Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ruggles; and his children, Eric Ruggles (Nadine), Pamela Mitchell (Jim) and Holley Siekkinen. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
